Transforms the bearer into a form of the Fiery Phoenix. It can only be worn by the Siveni Sidhe females of the Order of Earthfyre and and it may nae be removed by any other individual other than the bearer of the amulet. This amulet is unique to the Siveni Sidhe Magi.
