The Lady and the
Unicorn
Sat down to a merry
meal
The Unicorn to the Lady
said,
"What succulent
veal!"
"True,"
replied the Lady.
The Lady then proceeded
To comb and fix her
hair.
"How
appalling!" cried the Unicorn
When the servants
worked only in their underwear.
"True,"
replied the Lady.
The Lady danced to the
pipe
With a gallant lonely
knight.
"Uncouth!"
snorted the Unicorn,
When the menials began
to fight.
"True,"
replied the Lady
The Lady rode her
worthy steed
To watch a battle
raging.
"Unfair!"
shouted the Unicorn,
Of the King's law.
"True."
replied the Lady.
The Unicorn and the
Lady
Sat down to a merry
meal.
The Lady to the Unicorn
said,
"What succulent
veal!"
"True,"
replied the Unicorn.
