The picture below represents a time in my childhood that I remember innocence lost.  Our home had burned 4 days before Christmas, and I was 5 years old.  We moved into the city, afterward,  where eventually my abuse was no longer just physical, but became sexual, and finally the full spectrum of abuse...
..As an adult, I returned to the site where this home of innocence burned, and I salvaged a few fragments, and used them to put together this hallmark.  The angel is because no one died in the fire, and the Christmas spray is because the fire was right at Christmas.  I wait for God to change my life, and all that's in it into beauty.

10 RULES TO A HAPPY YOU
1) Love yourself
2) Do no harm to yourself
3) Do healthy activities that you enjoy
4) Forgive yourself
5) Add structure to your life routine, schedule, (allowing for deviation)
6) Live, it's your right
7) Stand up for yourself and beliefs
8) Eat healthy, exercise, get some sun
9) Allow yourself to grieve
10) Be patient, practice the above while waiting for other things :)

LIP EXERCIZE 
Most importantly, DO NOT SMILE!!!  If you smile, you have to start all over again...  First, try isolating you left upper lip, not allowing the rest of your mouth to move.... NO FINGERS!!!!  Make you left upper lip go straight, then up, then down, repeat ten times... next do the same with your right upper lip....  then your right lower lip.... finally your left lower lip.... ALWAYS CLOCKWISE, VERY IMPORTANT!!!!  (If you made it through the entire execise without a smile...  SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!)
SIMPLE STRESS RELIEVERS

Body Scan: Lie relaxed, picture your toes, how they feel, breathe in through your nose and out your toes... do the same to all body parts....
Deep Breathing: breathe in through nose slowly and out through mouth slowly at least 10 times
Change your environment:  if inside, get outside, vise versa
Find someone to talk to, preferably someone who isn't more stressed than you...
Take a warm bath or shower...
