HERB-ORANGE PORK TENDERLOIN 425F - 25-30 minutes 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp sage 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 1# pork tenderloins 1/4 C orange marmalade Cooking spray Preheat oven to 435F. Combine spices. Trim pork and brush with marmalade. Roll each tenderloin in spice mixture. Spray rack in pan and bake meat 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160F (slightly pink). Cover pork and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
