PEPPERONI CAESAR SALAD Serves 4 8 C romaine lettuce, cut small 1 C sliced pepperoni 1/2 C Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly gound 1-1/2 C croutons Dressing: 6 Tbs olive oil 2 Tbs red wine vinegar 1 Tbs mayonnaise 2 garlic cloves, pressed (or finely chopped) 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp Anchovy paste (or anchovies - opt.)
