KEY LIME PIE - EASY & LIGHT ~ P.E.O.

1 graham cracker crust
1/2 C Key Lime Juice
1 can condensed milk, low-fat
1 sm can WELL DRAINED crushed pineapple
1 large container whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Mix the juice with the condensed milk. It will "thicken"
slightly. Fold in topping.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. 

Garnish: 
Sliced Persian lime slices slit once to center then 
"twisted" and dollops of whipped topping if desired.
