CRANBERRY CHICKEN Serves 6 6 chicken breasts, boned 1/4 C (1/2 stick) butter 1/2 C flour 1 15-oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 C water 1/4 tsp pepper dash ground nutmeg Dredge chicken in flour, salt & pepper. Brown chicken in butter and remove from pan. Add cranberry, water & nutmeg; bring to boiling and simmer about 20-minutes until chicken is tender. Baste with sauce and serve. jc
