BRITTLE BREAD	from Allene Siewert - PEO 5/88

2-3/4 C flour + more for rolling	
1/4 C sugar		1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt		1/2 C butter cut in
8 oz. plain yogurt	Chill dough for easier rolling.

Mix with spoon, then gently use your hands; it's very soft.
Roll balls the size of eggs between your palms.
Roll out as thin as possible - to fit into your pan.
  Use cookie sheets or jelly-roll pans (more than one).
Sprinkle with salt, preferably freshly ground and coarse.
Bake at 400o	for 7 minutes OR LESS.
WATCH CAREFULLY SO THEY DON'T BURN!
