Our children's babysitter worked there & shared this recipe!			

	This represents 1/24th the original recipe!
	Can you even imagine working with that volume?

4 pts. Kraft Blue Cheese dressing	(Orig. = 12 gallons)
1-1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper	(Orig. = 10 ounces)
10-1/2 oz. buttermilk			(Orig. = 8 qts.)
1/2 tsp. Tobasco			(Orig. = 2 ounces)
1/2# Blue cheese, crumbled		(Orig. = 1 quarter wheel)

This is wonderful - we can't keep it in the house when we make it!
