| Nextel Comunications:Let me just say that I dont know how the company has changed since merging with Sprint.This complaint is before the merger.First when I purchased the phones and plans,I was told that this would be the price each month and there would be no additional charges.That was not true,the bill ran $100 more a month than I was origionally quoted,and I was put on some spend limit that I never agreed to.I had a hard time paying because the bill ranged between 250-400 a month,and 10 days after the bill was recieved at my house,the phones were disconnected,with an additional $100 to reconnect the phones.This was completely outrageous.But I have fought and fought with this company and they have told me they have no intentions of doing anything but getting their money,which I dont have intentions of happening.I believe they should be sued. |
