| Microsoft:The product I have an issue with is the new operating system,Vista.I purchased a new pc with this os on it.And of course had problems.Because it was an OEM version,they wanted me to pay for support.50 bux a pop!They said I would have to get the free support from my pc manufacturer,and they didnt know squat about Vista.So I was stuck between a rock and a hard place.So my feeling is,that if you are going to have Microsoft products,you better be a computer genius,or you better have plenty of money to shell out for support!! |
