I just wanted to write and say that today is beautiful. The sun is shining and everything is green and wonderful. I love Florida and the Sabbath. God has blessed me in so many ways. First of all He died on the cross so that I may be saved and go to be with him in heaven. He then gave me a wonderful husband, Nathaniel.
Last Thursday the building where I work was designated as non-smoking starting February 1st. This was an answer to prayer. My grandmother died of cancer at age 57. She smoked three packs of Camels a day. I believe that she still would have been alive for me to meet her if she hadn't. In the employee handbook for my work it said that if you wanted to work in a non-smoking environment to write to the 2nd highest man in the company and let him know. The night before the announcement I had my letter all typed up. The only reason I didn't send it is that I didn't have a legal size envelope. God works in awesome ways.
A friend at work told me about Hydroxycut a couple weeks ago. She said that they worked for her. I bought some at drugstore.com since it said you can return them if they don't work. I started on Wednesday with them and the Insulin Resistance Diet. As of today I have according to my scale lost 8 pounds. I am not sure if this is mostly water weight so I'll have to see if it keeps coming off. The pills really do make you not hungry. I started out with 1 pill three times a day and just today took two. The first couple days I had a headache. They really make you thirsty which is a good thing. So I drank a lot of water.
