| John Winston Lennon was born on October 9th 1940. His father was away and his Aunt Mimi raised him. He formed a band named the Quarry Men, with friends from school. Throughout time the other Beatles joined and the others people left. He was married twice. Once to Cynthia Powell in 1962 and they had a son named Julian. He was the one that inspired Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. His second wife was Yoko Ono. They were married in 1969 and had one child, Sean. On December 8, 1980 he was assassinated by Mark Chapman, at the age of 40. |
