My favorite hotel....1/2 dozen thatched roofed cottages. I was truly upset when
the owner of Rock House proudly announced that they now had electricity.
Rock House provides the clearest, most beautiful water I have ever seen.

Canada has lovely sunsets also. These people are awaiting the arrival of the tidal bore from the Bay of Fundy.
As the rivers flow toward the Bay of Fundy, the incoming tide from the bay pushes upriver (for miles) creating
a white water area where they meet. In the larger rivers, this offers great white water rafting.
You WILL get soaked, wear mud-colored clothes (it never comes out), and take a change of clothes with you.
Comparative high and low tide photos. You might get the impression that it absolutely fascinates me.
It takes about an hour for the tide to go from low to high, hence the white water
effect. The outgoing tide is much gentler.
