I LOVE to travel. I have been to most of the United States, plus even out of the country. My goal is to make it to the last three states I need to see, and to take a trip outside of North America.
The first place I would visit if I had the money would be County Cork, Ireland, where my ancestors on my mother's side lived before they were forced to leave during the Potato Famine.
My second choice would be Bavaria, Germany, which was where the ancestors on my father's side came from in the 1830's.
I'm not sure what my third choice would be, but probably England so I could see all of the castles left over from the Medieval time period.
But anyways, I'll talk about where I've been.
I don't remember my first trips to Chillicothe, Ohio, or Mammoth Cave National Park, because I was under two years old.
The first trip that I remember taking was my trip to the Wisconsin Dells when I was five. That was a memorable experience because it was my longest car ride at the time, it was the first time I went to a state that did not border Indiana, I rode in a helicopter for a few minutes, and....... I ended up needing stitches in my forehead after I tripped over my brother's diaper bag and landed on my forehead. I was a little bit klutzy even before I entered kindergarten.
I also vaguely remember going to Sea World in Aurora, Ohio, when I was seven. I remember seeing Shamu and some dolphins in an aquarium, and a guy dressed as Shamu. I also remember that we stayed at a Jellystone Campground, and that it rained when we left.
When I was ten, my parents and I went to Florida with my dad's friend Ted.
