Hello. My name is Karen. I'm a twenty year-old college student from Indiana. I'm a sophomore at
Purdue University, majoring in psychology.
I enjoy roleplaying games such as Gemstone III and D&D; reading many different types of literature; watching movies and anime; listening to many different types of music; writing stories; traveling; and most of all, being with my friends and others I care about, especially my boyfriend Mike, who treats me so wonderfully.
I was introduced into the world of Gemstone III over a year and a half ago. At the time I had not really done any roleplaying, but have loved medieval fantasy for a long time. I started to play and didn't know how much I would love the game, since at first I was new to roleplaying and to the game, but I began to love it fast. That time in my life, I was feeling very bored and lonely, and Gemstone made me happy, and also, made me feel that if I was good at something for once. When I met Mike, he helped me have even more fun roleplaying, and it helped me enjoy playing Gemstone even more.
I have made many good friends from Gemstone III, and also, that's where I met Mike, who not only helped me have even more fun playing Gemstone III, but who has been so wonderful to me in too many ways to describe.
