" Me and The Other Half "
Meet himself the scotsman Robbie MacDonald of the Glencoe MacDonald's; I have been married to himself going on 56 years and it looks like I'll stay for a few more. He's still at war with the English, fighting for his beloved Glencoe. He said the Campbell's are behind it. Check  His Website. "Himself";You can let me know if his Website is as good as mine? Robbie's problem is he knows growing old is mandatory; But growing up is optional. He also knows you don't stop laughing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop laughing. We do have fun with each other and our children and grandchildren.
We were married on Aug. 12th 1947 in the city of Lethbridge, Alberta at St.Patrick's Catholic church,  (where else)  We started  our married life in Kimberley B.C. Canada. Three years later we begain our family when our first son (Terry) was born. We moved to the United States when he was four .We had our other four children in Washington and have lived here except for nine years we lived in Oregon because of Robbie's work. That was after the children received their schooling so it worked out well. All the children played all the sports as well as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. We were both Scout Masters till all the kids went through the ranks. After the children went  to college I began traveling with himself to all those cities around the world. I like Ireland and Scotland the best and maybe Hawaii and Japan and Germany.   Oh!  I like them all.
These pictures are of us at a Robert Burns Dinner Ball.  Pass over Us with Robert and Mark (Yes! another Robert David. They are Scots like himself and love to get all dressed up in their kilts. They also love ice hockey and know more about it then him. Robbie plays Golf and I don't anymore, but sometimes I go along and drive the cart. Robbie plays hockey ( yes at his age) and he's still pretty good. I don't play hockey , but some time I go to his games. Robbie travels and parties and runs around with an elderly woman. I travel,  party and run around, because I'm that elderly woman.  The two boys live in Colorado so it's nice to travel there to see them and their children. The three girls live real close to us  here in Washington so we have good times with them and their children.
Here he is with our two sons;  Larry, Robbie and Terry.
