Alone and uncertain what to do, she hired on as a city guard for the city of Hyral. She enjoyed a peaceful career for 8 months, before the city was besieged. After weeks of fighting, the city walls fell and most of the inhabitants were killed. Those that managed to escape fled with what lttle they had left. Lady also escaped with only that which she had on her and her stallion. She started traveling, seeking a place that she could once again call home.
During her many travels, she aided those that were being unjustly oppressed, leaving somewhat of a legacy behind her. Known to many for her generosity, kindness and quiet nature, she accepted nothing in return for her services, asking only that those aided remember to aid those in need in return.
Hired by some to fight in battles against injustice and evil, she continued to hone her skills to razor sharpness. She was given the name Sunfire in response to her preferance of fighting with the sun to her back whenever possible, and when it wasn't, she would use her large silvered shield to reflect that same sunlight into the eyes of her opponents.
She prefers not to fight if there is a way out of it, but will, if pushed beyond her tolerance level. All the years of seeing death and destruction has not diminshed her hopes for a more peaceful world, and she always has a ready smile and a kind word for those that she meets. She treats all with respect until such time as it is proven that she cannot respect them. She looks for the good in every situation, and only accepts the bad after exhausting all options available to her. She continues to work toward seeing all treated fairly and if asked to undertake a quest, she makes certain that the quest has a valid, just reason and cause, and, if she is unable to feel that it does in her heart, she simply refuses to undertake it.
Married to and madly in love with Lord Shadowbolt for many years now. Since her marriage to Lord Shadowbolt, she has layed aside her weapons, choosing to start a new life. A life of peace instead of war. She often times finds it very difficult to not return to her former life, but her love for Shadowbolt keeps her steady to her word. She awaits his return to their home, and looks forward to speaking with him again.
While she hasn't been seen if a long time, she is still around, and those that know her can be assured that she will return as soon as she can.
