| Aa. The titles I use at this site. How did I come up with them? I stole them, of course. Well, most of them, anyway. On this page you'll find out where I got the titles I use here. Simple, ne? | ||||||||
| There is a Light. This is the name of the site. It's also a song by a group called Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. It's pretty good. Good lyrics, nice, dark sound. In a way it compleatly clashes with the whole Sailor Moon theme and what not, but at the same time, it fits it perfectly. It's on the Batman Forever soundtrack, incase you're wondering. Click here for the lyrics. The gallery titles. For these, I just used the meaning of the characters names. I'm sure that you got that, and if not, now you know. Lifeless. This one hasn't been stolen either. Or at least, I don't think so.... Fly Me to the Moon. The title of my Sailor Moon info page was ripped off from the Frank Sinatra song. They also used it as the ending theme in Neon Genesis Evangelion, which is a very good show by the way. Go here for lyrics. The Crying Tree of Mercury. This is the title of my Mercury info page. I ripped it off from a song by the Smashing Pumpkins. It's a really sad song, and click here to read the lyrics. Billy Corgan is just too awesome. His Spider from Mars. Another one I ripped off of the Pumpkins. It's a line in the song If There is a God. It's an awesome song, and you should chick here and see why. Let Me See what Spring is Like on Jupiter. If you read the Fly Me to the Moon lyrics, you'll know that this is a line in that song. Nothing more. I Took a Taxi from L.A. to Venus in 1985. This is the opening and closing line in Tori Amos' Glory of the 80's. It's a very good song, especially if you've been alive during the better part of the 80's. Click here to check it out. Bark at the Moon. It's a song by Ozzy Osbourne and has absolutly nothing to do with Sailor Moon at all. In fact, it has the least to do with this show than any other title here. It reminds me more of Grendel than anything from Sailor Moon, but like y'know, whatever. Go here and find out why. Pluto, King of the Underworld. This is a play the name pluto. In Roman mythology, Pluto was the god of the underworld (Hades in Greek). That's all really. Uranus, Lord of the Heavens. Another play on words, so to speak. In Roman mythology, Uranus was the sky personified, where as Terra was the earth personified. (Ouranos and Gaea in the Greek Version.) Neptune, God of the Sea. This is the third, and final, thing like this. Neptune was the god of Oceans and Seas in Roman Mythology. It was Posidion to the Greeks though. He Wears a Saturn Braclet, Lined with Cocain Coins. I got this one from a line in the Silverchair song, Satin Sheets. This a great song from those lovable Aussie grunge rockers. Click here for the lyrics. That's all for now... |
