| Brian's newest book in the Redwall series, Triss, hit bookstore shelves at the end of September 2002. It features characters such as the evil ferret King Agarnu of Riftgard, and his cruel daughter Kurda. Triss, a brave squirrelmaid, must escape from them after being kept as a slave. At the same time dibbuns wandering in Mossflower wood discover the remains of Brockhall, and youngsters of Salamandastron set sail for adventure. |

| Many Redwallers ask, "Is there an order to the series?" and, "Where do I start?" and the famous, "Which one do I read first?" Well, this is really a matter of personal preference, so none of these things matter. I like to simply read them in the order they were published, but if you read the Bellmaker first, for example, it won't make much difference. No matter which one you read first, you will still be able to understand everything. Since the books do not "continue" the story that the previous book started, reading them in "order" doesn't matter. For more information you may be interesed in visiting the official Redwall website here. |
