She's a good ship, and we're always in need of good crew to keep 'er runnin'. If yer interested in joinin' me crew, ye just need ta join me Neopets guild, The Pirate Ship Artemis Wing. Course, in order to join me crew, ye have ta sign up ta play Neopets. Trust me, it's worth it. :)

Everyone who joins me crew starts out as a slave. Slaves have no rights or privileges. However, 'tis quite easy to move up in rank. All ye have to do is speak up on th' message board a few times, ta introduce yerself and say ahoy to yer mates. This is ta prevent inactive landlubbers from becommin' a member o' th' crew, and then never showin' up again.

Once ye have posted on th' message board a few times, ye move up to deckswabber. Now ye can participate in contests, and maybe, just maybe, get thrown a dubloon or two if ye do a good job. Ta move up from deckswabber, ye have ta either participate in a contest, or somehow help a fellow crew member by finding a quest item fer someone, answering a question someone posts on th' board, etc.

From deckswabber ye move up to deckhand. Deckhands can request dubloons, food, medicine, etc. and have a much better chance of gettin' it than a deckswabber. Ta move up ye have ta win a contest, help out two fellow crew members, or make a significant donation ta th' treasure trove.

After deckhand ye become a pilager. As a pilager, ye can vote on guild decisions an' contests. Also, ye have a better chance of gettin' dubloons and th' like than deckswabbers or deckhands. Pilagers are also expected ta help out th' newer, less experienced members of th' guild.

Th' final level is elite crew. 'Tis quite difficult ta get ta this level. There's no set requirement, but ye must somehow prove yerself ta be a vital member o' th' crew.

The Treasure Trove is me shop. 'Tis also where I store th' dubloons an' such fer members o' me crew. This is so crew members can see what's available. I price guild items at 100,000 so no one else can buy 'em. If ye need something that ye don't see at th' Treasure Trove, don't worry, just neomail me an' let me know what ye need an' I'll see ye get taken care of.

As I mentioned above, whether or not ye get an item ye request is based on yer rank. If many guild members want th' same item, an' there's not enough ta go around, they go ta th' highest ranking members first. Ta request any item, neomail me tellin' me what ye want, an' why. If ye want dubloons fer trainin' yer pet, tell me what th' pets level an' ability ratings are. Th' reason fer this is that requests are also given based on need. If two members o' the same rank want th' same item, it'll go to the member who needs it most. In th' case o' dubloons, it would go ta th' member whose pet had th' lowest level or ability rating.

Ta make a donation, ye'll have ta make me a neofriend and send me th' item. I keep track of all donations, and each month whoever donates the most will win either dubloons or a rare item o' some kind.

If ye do not follow me rules, I'll make ye walk th' plank (meaning ye'll be kicked out o' th' guild). One thing I hate is inactives. I will regularly boot members who are inactive fer more than a month. I will also boot anyone who uses offensive language. Neopets is a children's site, an' I keep a clean ship.
