1
Keep your opinion to yourself and withhold criticism of others.
If God does not pass judgement on others, how can we? When you feel
the biting sting of criticism rising up in you, examine it and
determine why you are having such a strong reaction to this person
or event. There is always a lesson to be learned in self-examination
of our thoughts.
2
Wait patiently
for others to come to you with their needs.
Do not attempt to walk into someone's life to clean it up. You may
be hindering them rather than helping and possibly taking on their
karma as well. Wait until they ask for your help and then reach out
in love and love only.
3
Love others in
the way they need to be loved.
This can be a very difficult lesson for some to learn. If you want
to help someone, you must love them on the level that they are at,
not expect them to come up to your level. The person you are loving
may have less wisdom than you in certain experiences and are where
they need to be at this time to learn. Unconditional love may mean
that you allow them to journey down their road while you watch from
the wings. When the moment arrives that they see the light and
realize that you can be of assistance to them, then you can help
them seek to understand the higher road. You must strive to
understand them, with kindness, patience, and compassion, even while
they are on a different path. They may change paths hundred times
but they will be affected by your love and kindness forever.
4
Love all
equally, even those who do not wish for your love.
Here we are reminded of the teachings of Jesus who turned the other
cheek and always loved his fellow man. Love those who have been
loved the least in their lives. They need your love more than
anyone. It is not for you to judge the actions, just love the soul.
5
Teach others by
example.
As the saying goes, talk is cheap. Practice love, show love, live
each day in the now, not in the shadows of the past or the
uncertainties of the future. Love each person for the day. Each day
cover yourself in White Light and then spread that light to the
world, one person at a time.
How are we
healed from this:
Well my friend,
if we are walking in love, without judgement, without criticism, and
with patience, with kindness, with compassion, our souls can not
help but to be healed and raised to a higher energy level of love
and health.
