On the far side of the continent lies a near-impassable mountain range. Beyond them, according to the tales, lies a land called Mist Meadow, a wide prairie stretching between two wide rivers, and covered in a blanket of fog. Those brave enough to cross the mountains have found the reality to be better then the tales. The land is rich and untouched, and populated with many wild herds. It's paradise, but mists can hide shadows...

August 20th - I am on my way to college and have decided that MM needs another owner, so check the Q&A for that! Also, I'll be absent internet access from the 23rd to the 28th (and may not get on for a few days after that) so. I really doubt that I'll pick a co-owner by then, but one never can tell :P
March 21 - Wow have I neglected this box. And worse, I am using it now to say that I will be gone a week, until the 28th, so if you win things or have issues... you'll have to wait. So please nobody cause a fuss, m'kay?
January 22nd - Woah. Sorry about my absence there folks. School just ate my life for a few days. I'll reply to all Q&A stuff and try to get working on the PLOT! tomorrow.

December 10th - Well, that was quite an activity check. If you ever wanted to own a terra, now's your chance. First come first served, claim any open terra (you'll have to ask if you want to co-own with someone who needs a co-owner, though). For my sanity, please put the *current* name of the terra you want in the title of your post. I'll need a URL, a leader name, and a new terra name if you want it changed.
November 29th - Happy belated Thanksgiving for those in the US. Terra owners (mares who own terras also have to post, of course) please check Q&A
November 13th - Due to complaints, I did an activity check at the Lake. Only two statters have given stats since November 1. Since we have waiting stats, nobody really has an excuse. However, if you still wish to be a statter (if, say, all the waiting stats came from your charries), tell me by Sunday and I'll consider it. To everyone else who was on the list - go do your new job! :)

Also, how many people have issues with the frames: all of the top links should change only the contents of the bottom part of the website, but does this happen for you in the new site? Did it happen in the old? I'm trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my computer (which, for the record, has never liked the frames)

September 14th - I lied. I blame senior year and applying to college. I will get the redesigned layout up as soon as I have enough time to redo everything and work out any kinks.
August 30th - Happy belated second birthday to MM! In honor of the fact, I have finally gotten off my butt and posted the winners/contestants for the redesign contest. If everyone would be so kind as to check that out, I might be able to have a new layout up by the end of the weekend. Edit: Hmm. It didn't post. Well, now it's there - check the contest board.
August 18th - I'm on vacation this week, so please to not be exploding things, OK?
August 6th - There is an Angel post in the Meadow, a few days old by now. I was quite tired, so the hints are lousy, but just so everyone does know...
August 2nd - So, there is a (semi-old by now) rule that there is to be no more joining with powers (with a few minor exceptions, go read it if you like). Just FYI. Also, the contest is technically over... not that I will get to judging things until next week, when I will no longer be working. So, any last minute additions are perfectly OK

And please only put terras that are owned when you post it, not "Member of --, soon to be Leader of --" No. Keep it simple, and factual. Let's see if this works, eh? June 12th - So! Anyone bored of this front page? Exactly. With that in mind, I am announcing a contest - four, really - to spruce this place up. What you see before you is basically the extent of my ability to make things look pretty, and since I know there are much more talented people here, I thought I'd ask them for help. There are four catagories, and anyone is welcome to submit anything to any of them: "HTML" for a new layout, what I'm calling "Banner" for some form of decoration on the main page/a header/you know what I'm talking about - replace my boring meadow thing on the top. The third is for an advertisement - it can be HTML, just a picture to put on the HTML, both, a button, anything we can use to advertise with. And the fourth I don't expect much interest in yet but I figured I'd throw it in - if you want to design a picture for any of the individual areas, please do. Go to this board: "http://boards2go.com/boards/board.cgi?user=mmcontest" to enter or just look at the criteria. Then I don't have to deal with the Q&A being messy.
June 8th - You can still reply to the Angel, not all the clues have been guessed. If no one else does by tomorrow evening, then only Darktarn will be getting a prize... whatever that turns out to be
June 5th - The storm is gone, and the Angel has landed in the Glen. Go, go, I want to see how easy/ridiculously random my hints are!
May 26th - The storm has hit. Unless you're continuing threads from beforehand, you really ought to keep the storm in mind, because it's everywhere. I won't specifically kill characters, but if any have been boring lately, now's the time.
May 18th - A disaster is brewing. If any charries want to try to find safety, might I recommend Raven's Peak, Crystal Waters or The Dead Forest - if, that is, any of the terra leaders are willing, or even able, to shelter the population of MM. 
May 16th - A minor change, since I rarely/never do stats anymore, NAPPARA is no longer the word to put in the title of your post. Use "Ready" or "Statter" instead (or Nappara if you really want, it just makes no sense)
