| "Nothing I Could Do" Your leaving and there's nothing I can do, I wish I could stop it, or make it not true... We've been together such a short while, But everytime you look in my eyes I smile... Ever since the very first kiss, I knew that you I would miss... I knew from the begginning you were going away, And in my arms you'd never be able to stay... I thought I would not care, But now I need you like the air... I thought I could not love anymore, I thought my walls would protect my hearts core... But you were so different, and I was wrong, So now I fight my pain, and act strong... You made my life so less boring and bland, But now I'll probably never see you again... I've never met anyone quite like you, And your everything in a love I would choose... But I can't keep you and I know that well, And when you leave I'll go through hell... I hope you make your dreams come true, And do everything in your life you want to do... I'll watch you from afar, And someday say I fucked a star... Everytime I was with you I felt so free, And I'll never forget the thing you said to me... I wonder if I'll ever see you again, I wonder if I'll ever touch your fingers and hands... One day I'll tape your poster to my wall, And remember how easy it was for me to fall...
