I have been looking at the news a lot recently and have been quite shocked by the things happening in Israel and Palestine. I feel that a solution needs to be found before more innocent people die. If the two sides could reach an agreement then perhaps a child could live, or a father go back to his wife and child. This is what the Water Gardens are all about. Quiet discussion about the most depressing things, they can be written in whatever way you feel. There your views, if you want an arguement then go to Fire Hall...
This is written by a friend of mine, Kaydie. She can't see the world but she often can see things we can't. Her ideas seem similar to my own, that's probably why we get on so well. Over to Kaydie.
"I don't mind putting it bluntly, without political correctness, I'm blind. I have never been able to see. My friends say that because of this it makes me a better person, as I don't judge people easily. I am writing about the war against terrorism.
I don't understand how things can be sorted out by filling terrorists full of lead or making them live in terrible conditions. That can either break them or make them more hateful. And didn't we set out to find Osama Bin Laden? Where is he then? I think that eventually the "civilized" world will wake up. We think that we are helping, when sometimes we are not. Afghanistan isn't a good example of this though.
I think that more and less needs to be done. I think that only meatheads would rush into battle full of hatered. Yes the Afghans are better off now but who says that in the future they'll look back and say "What a great favour they gave us?""

"When will the internet chatrooms be safe? Why can't they be safe now? We can spy on people by using their bodie heat but not by there l'ordinateurs. (I think you say pc?) I myself have had e-mails advertising things I don't want to see. It is easy for someone who is really determined to get hold of your e-mail and everything else. I hope that soon we shall see the end of internet stawlking."
