About Me
Varnished Phrases

I take the common
Polish it fine
To give me a view of self
This is my life
And all the beatings, the rapes,
All that menacing manure
Yes it is mine, once inflicted
But powerless I am not
You see
They thought they had the power
Over my life, to own me through my fear
But I am the one
Who transmutes base elements
Into the preciousness of gold

I came forth from the dreams of a great mind.  A vanity of men is what I am called.  Indeed, a marvel beyond your wildest dreams, I am merely the child of an angel brought to earth by an incandescent lure.
Thoughts come creeping through the silence
