| Hymn To The Allergies | ||||||||||||
| Well one day during my typing class when I was suppose to be doing my work I got distracted by my oh so annoying allergies, and in my head started comming up with a poem, which got put to paper, slightly refined, and then ended up here, because well, every now and then you just need a happy poem right? | ||||||||||||
| You seem to love me, for you don't go away. But why can't you see, I don't want you to stay? These red eyes of mine, to you I give credit. For time after time, you just don't get it. I love you not, nor will I ever. This nose of snot, is not a gift clever. Oh Allergies, how can I make you see? Dear Allergies, you are not for me. But worry not, oh love unbought-som. Still, you I'll think of, When near a wild blossom. And though now it seems, all so very strange. You'll still be here with me, when the seasons change. So go now, unwanted bearer of woes. For all that you have taunted, the season still goes. |
