| I have been searching around the web and found something disturbing about Tygra. He only can swim while invisible. I can not believe that. If any of the cats couldn't swim, I'd have to say it could be the Thunderkittens, but I believe they can swim as well. Also it is said that Tigers are very good swimmers when they need to be. Tygra is the second in command, and if he couldn't swim, wouldn't that be an embarrassment to him in front of his fellow Thundercats. With Lady Thundera's help, I've not been able to prove that he can swim while invisible but I have been able to prove that it is possible for him to swim visible. We've only really seen him in the water around a few times. The first time is in the ep "Fireballs of Plun-Darr", when he was swimming in the moat at castle Plun-Darr but he ends up going visible and swims the rest of the way until he's caught in the cage. The second time is in the ep "Safari Joe", Tygra falls into a hole and the hole fills up with water and Safari Joe saves him. But what a lot of people would over look that scene of Tygra falling and almost drowning. If you were startled and water started filling up in a hole that you are in, chances are you would probably panic no matter how good you can swim. The third time is in the ep "Turmargar, the Tuska", which is when Tygra is under spell by a vampire mermaid. When the Thundercats got to him he was floating in water, however he was still under a spell. People reading this little 'fact' about Tygra can believe whatever you want. But in my eyes, Tygra can swim. |
