OLD KINGDOM
This here shows that in the past woman didnt get the repect the deserved. They start off as sevants and slaves then they go on to be a Noble woman.
He has on a short kilt, pleated and belted; shoulder-length hair; necklace. The Nobleman starts off with nothing more than cloth and jewllery. He doesn't look that important.
She dresses in a simple sheath dress with wide shoulder straps; long hair, unplaited; jewellery. The Female Servants picture shows how she is a slave.
MIDDLE KINGDOM
He now wears a mid-calf kilt with a large apron that was probably stiffened to maintain its triangular shape; elaborate necklace. He look more important than before.
She's still in a simple sheath dress, long unplaited hair. It doesnt show how she is a slave but it shows how she doen't have power.
NEW KINGDOM
In the New Kingdom he wears an elaborate pleated garment; jewellery, wig and scented cone; sandals with the extended curled toes typical of the period. You can see that he is in power.
The Noble woman wears in the new kingdom and elaborate gown; jewellery; plaited wig, hair ornaments and scented cone. She once was a slave now she looks more in power than the nobleman does in the New Kingdom
