    Principal

    Michael F. Cronin retired from the New York Fire Department as Assistant Chief of Department. Chief Cronin brings a unique perspective to the field of fire. During his career in the fire service, he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, and was promoted to the ranks of lieutenant, captain, battalion chief, deputy chief, deputy assistant chief, and assistant chief.

    He has extensive knowledge in, but not limited to:

  • Codes and Code Enforcement
  • Fire Protection and Life Safety
  • Fire Suppression Tactics and Techniques
  • Fireground Command

    Chief Cronin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fire Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Protection Management.
