MOTORCYCLE WEEK ADVISORY COMMITTEE

EIGHTEENTH MEETING

September 13, 2004-6:35 PM

 

CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Peter Brunette called the meeting to order on the above date and time. 

 

MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Brunette, Sharon Fleischman, Richard Heinis, James Joyal, and Linda Peary

 

MEMBERS ABSENT: James Baird, Brenda Schmucker moved to Florida

 

BUSINESS:

 

The Final Draft of the Final Report was reviewed by members and a few changes were made.

 

Jim Joyal distributed information received from the Laconia Fire Department on Bike Week 2004.

 

Sharon Fleischman made a motion that the committee accept the Final Draft of the Final Report with final editing and upon completion is submitted to the City Council.  Richard Heinis seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously passed.

 

FINAL MEETING:

 

This is the final meeting of the committee unless a request is made for an additional meeting from a committee member.

 

CHAIRMAN’S COMMENTS:

 

Mr. Brunette commended the committee for a tremendous job and for their hard work.

 

 ADJOURNMENT:

 

On a motion by Richard Heinis, seconded by Sharon Fleischman, it was voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 8: 30 PM.
