Purchaser agrees to the following clauses:

1- This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
2- This cat/kitten will be kept in a clean enviromment with the adequate cares and veterinary service.
3- If the animal has been sold as a Pet class, the purchaser will no receive the pedigree papers until the breeder will have the veterinary cerficate of the sterilization. If purchaser use the cat for breeding, will be obliged to pay a equivalent to the animal price to the seller.
4- If the animal has been sold as a breeding class, the purchaser will have no right to bring the cat/kitten to a cat show.If the purchaser brings the cat/kitten to a cat show, will be obliged to pay a equivalent to the cat/kitten price to the breeder.
5- If the animal has been sold as a show/top show class, seller warrants its exhibition qualities at the moment of the sale.
Breeder will not accept any responsability of the successes of its show career, wich depend on many other circunstances.
Breeder gives no warranty of the judgement of any professional cat judge, and will not replace the animal in case of different judgement than indicated in this contract.
6- The breeders judgement of quality is at the time of the sale, and breeder gives no warranty that the cat/kitten will grow into the quality judged because there are many circumstances that can affect the right development.
7- Breeder will not accept any responsability for the fertility of the cat/kitten because it depends on many factors uncontrollables by the breeder.
8- Breeder will not accept any responsability for any progeny porduced by a cat/kitten of the cattery.

9- The purchaser has the right during 72 hours after delivery to examine the animal health at his own expense at the veterinarian. The purchaser is under an obligation to send, within no more than ten business days from the date of arrival, two veterinary certificates confirming animal infectious disease or genetical anomaly. Then a kitten of like quality will be given to the purchaser without charge when one becomes available. Purchaser will accept the charges of the shipping of the new kitten. 10- The deposit fee (25 % of the full price), and the full price are non refundables. No cash refunds.
11- All Sires and Queens of the cattery are PKD negatives.
12- All cats/kittens are delivered with a health certificate and the age appropiate inoculations uncluded in the price.
