Well...as we aproach the monumental 3-year mark, I thought that I would take a moment to ponder where we are in our musical lives.......ok, we suck.
Anyway, we've been looking for some new shows....so maybe we'll play in the attic next month....*shrug*
we had sort of a practice today but most of it consisted of them making fun of me its brutal yesterday we went to stake n shake and chris left kylin and i in the parking lot and drove off but we're back just wait till i can drive!
uhm.. we had like an hour of practice today and we're working on a new song now ... well sort of
Well, we had Bobfest a while ago, it went pretty well, we just need to get some more experience playing at shows...in that light we are going to ACTUALLY PRACTICE this summer and not lose touch with each other till school. Hugh and I have been talking aout possibly taking the band in a new direction, although we have yet to have an all-inclusive pow-wow (that's so racsict, I apologize). I was thinking ska-funk, but it didn't seem to go over very well.....
Oh yeah....contrary to what Sam would have you think we did actually beast it out with practices....in fact they were probably the best practices we've ever had...perhaps it has to do with the fact that we had a goal...???
And if anyone cares, I found out today that I got a 1300 on my SATs ...YAY!!!
Well....Bobfest is coming up so we are going to try and put the practices into overdrive...or at least we'll try to.
Okay, this is the first news post that we've had in awhile....and well, there are a lot of new things on our site includeing a forum/message board thing (hosted by bravenet), a new "songs" page that includes lyrics to some of our songs, and, in case you haven't noticed, we also are now making our news entries color-coded... thats about it. well back when chris said we were going to watch the bobfest tape we did and it was very funny and lostasai is playing at the methodist church in waynesville on friday if anyone reads this stuff anyway GO! to find out more click the link on the links page
We are probably going to have a show sometime in mid-February with Grand Slam at Denny's (yeah, it'll suck)....oh yeah, Travis says "hi" and "splunge". Everyone should go see him and "Lostasai" this Saturday at The Attic, go to their site for more details (its in the links page).

Guess what? We might have a practice today at Sam's house. I hope that we do, we've been needing a practice for a while. In fact this will be the first practice that we've had since Joe left us. Well talk to ya later.

Ah...the life of vacationing...(ho hum). Well, today is the last day until we go for Thanksgiving vacation. (Yeah five days!!!)
I don't know why i keep filling these things in ( oh yeah, because its better than doing my French work). I've been tryin' to have us, LJ, practice some....but it never works out...OH WELL. I hate the elementary/middle schools...they always smell like urine and poop....*shudder* (we had to go down there for French). Well, peace

Today is the day that everyone is leaving for Denver....and I'm stuck here at home...(not that I'm bothered by it) ;) Anyway, so that means that I will be the only person in the entire world who is not going to hit on Leanor one last time...*sigh* hahaha

Well....I'm sittin' here in comp lab at school, waitin' for the stupid bell to ring. I'm grounded from internet at home now so....yeah. But oh well.
Trying to arrange some practices so as to avoid the "Bobfest fiasco" that happened last year.
