We bought Ashstone's Royal Lace in March of 2000 from Ashstone Kennels. We wanted a female so that we could have the opportunity to breed if everything turned out correctly. She successfully passed all of her clearances needed to breed a healthy dog and we had our first litter in 2002. We named our Kennel after Lacey and her ancestors, a fine line of championship stock.

Lacey started showing at 6 months of age and had both her conformation and obedience titles by the time she was 8 months old. She placed in Puppy group numerous times. Her biggest win was Best Overall in Puppy Sweepstakes, pictured above, at the Barrie Kennel Club show.
