Strange reports came in from locals about missing people and unusual sightings of dog-like monsters. The mangled remains of a woman hiker were fished out of river. Police reports noted that something had gotten hold of her and the attack was most likely made by a grizzly bear or perhaps a wolf. The public demanded police action. R.C.P.D. barricaded the entrance to the mountains and the infamous S.T.A.R.S. were contacted and informed that the hiker was only one person from a group. The group of hikers had entered the mountains a few days earlier. The S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team joined the search for survivors. The Bravo Teams chopper discovered a mansion hidden away in a rural part of the woods. The engine of the chopper failed and a crash landing was made near the mansion. Contact was lost… The Alpha Team was sent in to investigate the Raccoon Forest area, locate the Bravo Team, their helicopter and any remaining survivors.
