Urine Collection

Take a yardstick or a piece of furring strip about 3 or 4 feet long.  Tack or glue a margarine container to the end of it, and nest a second one in there.  Take your dog for a walk on a leash and when he lifts his leg or she squats, slip the cup under the business end and collect the sample.  You can carry a lid to the margarine container and snap it on right there and leave it, continuing your walk and collect it up on the way back home.  Once you're back at your house, of just put the container into the fridge until you go to the vet!  No fuss, no muss!
