"Whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the Lord do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me." Ruth 1:16, 17

Here's a picture of my little buddy, Sophie. She's about 3 1/2 years old now

Hello, my name is Diana and this is my little website hobby. I add to it when I've got the notion :)

I'm a lesbian woman living in a small town in Northern California, trying to survive in this crazy world, and have fun in the process! I'm gifted with great friends and family, a roof over my head and internet access, what ELSE could one ask for? ;) Below I mention some of my latest hobbies and/or interests. Feel free to drop me an email if you want to! :)

Yes, that's right...I've got my XBOX 360 and I'm not afraid to use it *grin*. I really lucked out and managed to find the XBOX 360 premium system at my local Wal-Mart a day or two before Christmas and I've been putting it through it's paces!

I also finally picked up a PS3 awhile back...hmm...it's got great potential but so far I believe the 360 beats it in the fun-factor. And the 360's Live is GREAT. PS3 hasn't got much of an online situation going on yet...we will see.

I *have* been playing the heck out of my PS3 game "MLB 07 The Show"...it's the best baseball game I've played in ages (I couldn't stand the MLB 2k7 on the 360...but then I'm not a fan of 2k's games in general). The 360 has so many great games I can't even list them here...the PS3 has a few good ones... Feel free to say hi if you catch me online...as usual, my gamertag (as shown above) is Labrys67 :D

I've been into genealogy for quite awhile, and you can check out some Family Photos that I've scanned of old pics.

Here's a picture of my 2001 Ford Explorer 4x4:

I've recently picked up the Philips Multi-Region DVD player so that I can now play S/VCD's,All Region DVD's, etc on it. I've also become addicted to the UK TV Series "Bad Girls" and have the first 4 season's of that on Region 2 DVD. The first 3 series have a main love story between the Wing Governor, Helen Stewart(Simone Lahbib) and an inmate, Nikki Wade(Mandana Jones). The chemistry between these two actresses far surpasses anything I've seen before on TV. The 4th series has an interesting (though not quite as intense, imo) love story between 2 inmates, Cassie(Kellie Bright) and Roisin (Siobhan McCarthy)...I particulary was excited to get this series on DVD as I have both of these actresses autographed postcards even though I had never actually seen them in the show :) Alas, I recently saw the 5th season which has a love story between Kris & Selena and really enjoyed their story...The newest lesbian couple is Pat & Serena...again, they've done a wonderful job. I wish America could take some pointers from the UK in their portrayal of women in love with other women!

In my spare time,I enjoy listening to various types of music, including Sophie B. Hawkins (Link to her site later on in this page), The Indigo Girls, and Melissa Etheridge, as well as playing guitar, keyboards, saxaphone and what ever kind of musical instrument is handy :). I currently have the Alesis QS6.2 keyboard which I'm enjoying immensely.

Alas, now that some of my favorite shows have finished their runs (Xena,Star Trek,Buffy, etc) I'm in the process of finding some new favorites.

I've been watching The L-Word since it started and this season that just ended was much better than the last two.

Currently my other favorite TV shows include Bones, NCIS, Jericho, Medium and Ghost Whisperer. Gosh I wish they'd get a few lesbian characters on Network TV though...but until then I can read the fanfiction about the gals from Bones, NCIS and CSI (Gotta love Catherine and Sara together!).

Another one of my hobbies is collecting Swords.

You might want to check out some of the great fanfiction online if you get a chance, it's a great read!

Please click on Sophie B. Hawkins banner to earn me points so I can win a Sophie B. Item! Thanks in advance! :) - Diana
