A quick and dirty mod for changing a bulbs color is scraping off the original color, if it had any, and using a permanent marker to color the light bulb. Sharpie is a ghetto modders friend. |

When someone said "Duct tape will fix anything" They weren't joking. Duct tape can also used to insulate Cold Air and Short Ram intake hoses. |

All you need for this mod is a ultrabright LED from Radio-Shack or a parts store, a 330 to 450 ohm resistor, and two pieces of four inch wire. Solder the resistor to the positive side of the LED and then solder the wire to the ends. Strip the ends of the wire. Remove the plastic cover from the dome light and wire the LED to the two prongs that held the old bulb. Twist the wires around the prongs and tape them up. Voila... LED dome light conversion in under 5 minutes. |
