Labor Under Fire conceders the employer to already to have an attorney on retainer. |
| CODE OF ETHICS It is considered that all people gainfully employed and those unemployed are due the right to be free from harassment, alienation, discrimination, sanctioning, retaliation, undue instigation and a fair and non-prejudice employment and life both while working and while not working. It is considered that all people, gainfully employed have the right while on the job or else where to protect themselves and their co-employee's they work with to the fullest extent that the law allows when the employer act's in an illegal, unprofessional, unacceptable and/or damaging manner of those rights both written and implied for the employee, both morally and socially. It is considered that Labor Under Fire recognizes no other race other than the Human Race as stated by the U.S. constitution in that all men and women are created equally and at no time will there be or attempt to use race as a means of exploitation or personnel gain. When the laws apply and as case by case situation arises, will be used only as a point of misuse or miss application by others as they may have so applied to anyone who may have contact with Labor Under Fire because of the race issue being misused or misapplied. It is considered that Labor Under Fire will recognizes no gender under the same conditions as race with the exception of what the social and moral impact may imply. It is considered that Labor Under Fire will conduct all business with those employees and employers by the condition here in stated, that Labor Under Fire will permit rebuttal by both employee and employer or Labor Under Fire to any claim made by any party for a fair and impartial representation, that all correspondence will be published as it pertains to any given complaint verbatim (less vulgarity) so that even if the legal system would not address a said issue, the public can have an honest written depiction of charges and/or counter charges to any given complaint. It is considered that Labor Under Fire will give on legal advise, give no favoritism to any legal body or organization, but will provide the best (over all) view as possible of any given problem or situation and where Labor Under Fire may not have an approach or answer to a problem or situation will direct, as best as possible, to other sources that could possibly succeed where we fall short. It is considered that Labor Under fire will give all due respect and integrity to all, male, female, young, old, race (with no exception other than stated above), occupations and employers that is socially, morally, ethically and legally their due. Each member of the Human race is created equally, and will be accorded these precepts. Being human we recognize errors in judgment, written and opinion and will adjust as those errors occur. |
