The printers in the CL600 series are
fast and efficient, offering the acknowledged high quality to be
found in all Sato printers. The CL608 is the most versatile 6"
printer available, giving you many new features, and offers fast
compiling and fast printing speeds, up to 250mm/sec.It uses the
latest 32-bit RISC processor, meaning reduced processing time for
your printer, and faster through-put. It can be used in both direct
and thermal transfer modes, with a ribbon length of 450 metres.
This gives much longer printing time between ribbon changes than
comparable printers. The CL612 is the best 6.5" printer in
its class.
Offering a high print resolution of
12 dots/mm and speeds of up to 200mm/sec, it also uses 32-bit RISC
technology and the capacity for a 450 metre ribbon. Both printers
are able to use PCMCIA cards with up to 4 Mb of total data storage
on 2 cards, making it ideal for on-line, network environments.
