At Marita Kennel, we believe that obedience training is an important way to form a dog/owner bond as well a great way to socialize your pup. Puppies need classes that include some confidence-building exercises, handling exercises and play sessions in order for them to become a well adapted and behaved member of your family. We recommend classes that emphasize positive training methods and allow the pups to learn without getting in trouble for their mistakes. There should be a nice balance between getting your puppy trained and everyone having a good time. Obedience training is the foundation for success in all levels of competitions, whether you choose to compete in obedience, agility, flyball, hunting or confirmation . Some of us simply want a well behaved family member. Any level of obedience training is sure to benefit everyone. |
