Marita & Kerybrook's Family Album
My mother was responsible for purchasing our first two Labrador retrievers in the spring of 1978.  While she fought a brave battle with breast cancer, she felt that we were spending too much of our time at the hospital and she wanted us to find a hobby that we both would enjoy. Well she managed to find us two of the most adorable puppies.  Of course they were two Labrador Retrievers.  A male  from Braeview Kennel Reg.'d and a female for from Barnesfield Kennel Reg.'d.  This was the start of a beautiful and loving relationship for all of us.  Of course we started obedience training, then confirmation  and then went on to hunting dog training... In 1980 we purchased our first Golden Retriever from Clive Taylor(Cedarcroft Kennel)  and knew we had found our second breed.  Many years have gone by and my mother's  gift to us will always be treasured dearly..   As we  reflect over the years,  our thoughts of having accomplished our goals  has brought us comfort and pride. We love our dogs very much and their unconditional love and loyalty has touched our lives and those of our extended family members..

Our first Photo Page is a tribute dedicated to those three wonderful dogs who started us on this passionate journey.. Sadly missed but lovingly remembered.  Treasured in our hearts forever........

THANK YOU MOM !
Barnefield's Dolly  (1978-1988)
A very sweet litlle female with a big heart and  truly a devoted companion. She was a delight to own and train.  The most patient , loving little female we have ever owned will always be remembered for her gentleness and love of family.
Braeview's Midnight Stalker (1978 -1988)
This very handsome boy, was a gentle, happy working retriever whom everybody loved.   He  enjoyed  entertaining the crowds during his performances in the obedience ring and will alway be remembered for his exhuberance and happy go lucky attitude.
OUR LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN IS LOCATED  ON THE WAHNAPITAE RIVER, AT THE SOUTH END OF THE GREATER CITY OF SUDBURY, IN THE LITTLE COMMUNITY OF WANUP, ONTARIO.
