Descendants of John Craig

These are the Descendants of John Craig (b.1778 d.1847) as I know of them. At this time it is unknown where John was born, although it appears the family is of Scot-Irish descent. He came to Kentucky between 1800 and 1810 and lived in the Grayson and Edmonson Co. areas. His grandson, James Wellington Craig served with the 26th Kentucky Volunteer Infantry (1864 - 1866) during the Civil War. Visitors and Descendants are encouraged to submit additions (including their families) and corrections by e-mail or responding by mail. Of special interest is information leading to extending the lineage for John Craig (b.1778 d.1847).
