He was married to Dora Lee (daughter of James Grayson Lee and Mary Emma Hall). ⁽²⁹⁾ Fred Warren and Dora Lee had the following children:

431 ii. Iva E. Warren⁽²⁹⁾ was born on 10 Aug 1907. He died on 5 May 1921 in Mt. Sherman, Green Co., Kentucky.
+432 iii. Hugh R. Warren.
