He was married to Mary Compton (daughter of John Compton) on 3 Aug 1818 in Green County, Kentucky. ^(46)(17) Mary Compton was born about 1798 in Tennessee. She was born about 1798 in Tennessee.⁽⁴⁵⁾ She died after 1870 in Taylor County, Kentucky.⁽⁴⁵⁾ Avery Warren and Mary Compton had the following children:

101 v. John Warren was born about 1828 in Kentucky.
