if you want your bday on my site (so ppls dont *accidentally* forget) you could fill in this form
just write your real name (name), the name you want to be shown on my site (nickname), tick the box next to email if you want it (your email) to be shown on my site but you must write in your email even if it is fake or i wont get it, of course your bday (bday), and other stuff you might want to be seen (info) but not a profile or anything.. just a lil something like maybe your site
