Use
Garage Sale is not available to children (persons under age 18). If under age 18, purchases may be made only under the supervision of parents or guardians.
Garage Sale is open to United States residents only.
"AS-IS": Please read the description relating to the condition of the item and be willing to use it "as-is" or make the necessary repairs.
Unless indicated, all items are gently worn/nearly new.
ALL SALES FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Once you have selected an item and completed the shopping process you are agreeing to purchase the item.
Payment is expected within 3 days.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be re-listed for sale to the next interested buyer.
Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be addressed on an individual basis.
Privacy
Except as required by law upon the advise of legal counsel and subpoena: no disclosure will be made of name, address, telephone number, email address and bank account number.
Exception: To report susplected unlawful activity.

This web site does not accept emails unrelated to items being sold as Garage Sale.
