California's beaches are said to draw gorgeous people, and Los Angeles is certainly no exception. Down the main street is a population of some of the finest nightlife California has to offer. Clubs, bars and infinite shopping opportunities await anyone with courage enough to brave the over-populated streets. If it's dining opportunities you're after, look no further than LA. Not only does it house one of the finest culinary institutes in the world, it is home to some of the most renowned four and five star restaurants. Downtown Los Angeles holds many attractions, but none as prevalent as The Carnival of Desires. The immense building is six stories high, taking up three city blocks. Subtle, eerie carnival music can be heard from nearly a mile away, pumping from the many speakers scattered around the carnival's campus. Entering the two oversized doors at the carnival's entrance, the patron is thrown into a world unlike any they have experienced. Anyone is welcome to attend the festivities, from children to senior citizens, but they also must understand, they do so at their own risk. Housed inside the brightly colored structure are restruants, shops, a bar, a dance club and a theatre for stage shows as well as a full sized, multi-attraction carnival, including rides, a food court, games and of course, what carnival would be complete without a freak show. In the olden days, freak shows were limited to women with too much facial hair, or lizard men with scales simply "painted" on their bodies. Within this carnival, however, one finds the list not so cliché. Flame throwers (pyrokenetics), fortune tellers who are surprisingly accurate, strong men who can lift more than just dumbbells, Siamese twins, sword swallowers, magician's with never before seen, inconceivable tricks, an angel woman ( demi fae), a wolf man (a lycan -stuck- in his half beast form) and many, many more. Surprises await the carnival goers at every turn, and some, are not outlined in the brochure. Welcome to the Carnival of Desires.

Chaos. Some people cause it, some people shy from it and some people, Thrive on it. L.A. is in the midst of a War. The Citys Master; Claude Tredeau is settign the stakes for all that reside within the Carnival, and the city itself. The war rises up world wide, and people of all persuasions are taking a stand, or picking a side. In the end who will survive?
