At a young age of 19 years old, Talita caught the attention of Olympic Champion Jacqueline Silva. From the first time they played together in Macei�, in 2001, Jackie was impressed with the style of Talita and invited the young player to partner up with her in 2002. At the first stages in Porto Alegre, Talita proved everything her new partner predicted�.Beach Volleyball had a new star. In a short span of time, Talita was on her way to becoming one of the great names of the sport. She soon gained victory in the South American Championship in La Paz, Bol�via 2002 . |
| With the injury of Jackie, Talita continued the 2002 season with Renata as her new partner. They won the championships in the Challenger Banco do Brasil in Natal and they were runners-up in the games held in Rio and Recife. In 2003, she was again champion in Goi�nia do Circuito Banco do Brasil, this time with a new partner, Ta�s. She also partnered with Giseli Gavio for the Italian Circuit, getting a fourth ranking overall. In 2005, she took up partnership with Renata once again. They finished 4th place at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. In 2009, Talita partnered up with Maria Elisa Antonelli and have become one of the strongest teams from Brazil. |
