Have I mentioned previously that we have a Jaffle Maker in the apartment. I have been living off toasted cheese jaffles for the better part of a week. Now I should mention a recent developement in the happenings (particularly related to house-work) at the apartment. I believe that Jos� and I have come to an arrangement about the dishes - that it is perfectly okay to wash someone elses dishes if you happen to be doing the dishes and others just happen to be sitting there and that it is a REALLY good idea to use hot water. I�m still trying to convince him that it is also a good idea to dry the dishes before putting them away. The other developement is the fact that I don�t think Jos� is the one to blame for the state of the apartment. Why have I changed my opinion so dramatically. He mopped the floor this morning. His room at the hallway - more than I have ever seen Ivan do... I haven�t even seen Ivan do his dishes, I have seen Jos� do them... Another pet peeve about Ivan at the moment is that his girlfriend has basically been living with us for 5 days (in an apartment only meant for 3) so naturally that has frayed my temper a little but to make matters worse, she hasn�t even bothered to introduce herself. *GRRR* I�m to the point where if she doesn�t start acting like there are another 2 people in this damn apartment, I�m going to be REALLY rude to her. Oh and another thing... Ivan is fanatical about Jos� not smoking in the apartment, or without the windows open, but SHE is allowed to smoke in the KITCHEN where we have to prepare food! And he doesn�t open the kitchen door or the windows in the little laundry attached to the kitchen. In fact I don�t think he cares so long as she doesn�t smoke in HIS room. But for the rest of us it is a *beep* *beep* *bleep*.
In slightly better news I brought myself a DVD �Piratas del Caribe�and it has made life slightly more bareble... Still not happy about THAT WOMAN. Uses our dishes, our food, our kitchen (for smoking of all things) and doesn�t wash up (and Ivan doesn�t wash up either). Jos� has his music up loud, I�m not going to ask the reason, but be fully thankful he likes rock and the fact that despite the fact that I share a wall with Ivan, don�t really hear much but the bass of Jos�s music.
